Self Directed Ira Real Estate Can I Buy+ Hold Real Estate Using Self-directed IRA $ Without Using One Of Those Over-priced Management Firms?

Can I buy+ hold real estate using self-directed IRA $ without using one of those over-priced management firms? - self directed ira real estate

I want to buy a package of investments through inflation. What is the best way to do this without using one of these companies is not ridiculous? For example, payments of property taxes, maintenance, etc.?

I'm not sure you can invest directly in real estate through your IRA. I'm sure they can stocks, bonds, buying options, commodities or IRA. Of course, you can still buy the REIT. REITs are stocks that invest in real estate. HRP is a good example. It has many commercial office buildings in the United States and made a lot of money by renting space. The money will be paid directly to you as a shareholder as a dividend. Since the stocks, especially stocks and real estate are so cheap because of the recession, are a great place to go for big dividends. Check out this idea.
